1. How do I change, cancel, or request AS for my order?
▷ Change color/size and delivery address
You can change it directly on My Page when the payment is complete.

After the order has been changed to the product preparation stage, you can request a change through 1:1 customer consultation.

▷ Order cancellation
The following steps are available for immediate cancellation in the My Page order details. – Credit card order: Payment completed, product preparation in progress (excluding some products such as custom-made/installation)
– Cash, gift certificate order: Order received
For orders that can be cancelled immediately, the [Cancel Order] button will be displayed at the above stage, so you can cancel directly. However, for orders that have not been processed at the above stage, you can request order cancellation through 1:1 customer service.

▷ AS application
AS cannot be applied directly from My Page. If you request 1:1 consultation or call Hyundai Home Shopping Customer Center (1600-0000) to leave an AS inquiry, we will assist you.

The delivery schedule for the product you ordered is provided based on the time of payment completion. Depending on the type of product, the delivery schedule may vary, so please check the delivery schedule according to the guide below.

3. When will the refund be issued after cancellation/return?
Refunds for cancellations or returns will be processed within 24 hours of cancellation or return receipt. In principle, refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the order. If you wish to deposit the amount to be refunded and use it later, please contact the customer center to request a deposit conversion of the refund amount.
※ Refunds for returned Hmall products will be processed after the product is received and inspected, so it takes approximately 4 to 7 days.

When canceling an order, the cancellation of the card sales is accepted immediately, but it usually takes 3-7 days for the card company to cancel the purchase.

5. How do I get a refund?
Refunds for cancellations or returns will be processed within 24 hours of cancellation or return application.

However, refunds for returned Hmall products are processed after the product is received and inspected, so it takes approximately 4 to 7 days.
However, in cases where financial operations are abnormal, such as on weekends or holidays, they will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that refunds are processed in the same way as the order payment method, and if you wish to deposit the amount to be refunded and use it later, please apply for a deposit conversion of the refund amount through the customer center.

6. How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by selecting [My Page > ‘Hyundai Home Shopping Co., Ltd.’ at the bottom of the screen > Cancel Membership].

1. If there are orders in the process of delivery or return, cancellation will not be processed.
2. Personal information will not be restored even if you re-register. 3. Your accumulated points, deposits, discount coupons, etc. on Hmall will be automatically deleted and will not be restored even if you re-register.
4. You will also be withdrawn from the integrated site membership.
5. Since Hyundai Department Store, Hyundai Department Store Culture Center, e-Supermarket, and Hyundai Dream Tour IDs are integrated and operated on Hmall, when you withdraw your membership, you will also be withdrawn from each site membership.
6. You cannot re-register within 1 month (30 days) after withdrawal, and if you re-register within 3 months (90 days) after withdrawal, you will not be given new membership benefits (discount coupons), and you will not be able to receive benefits from affiliate promotions. 7. When you re-register, you cannot use the ID you previously used when re-registering.
