Usually, payment fees are incurred when using a card overseas, but no payment fees are incurred when using the Hana Travelogue Check Card.
You can also perform free currency exchange through the Hana Money app. However, the maximum amount per currency is KRW 2 million. Lastly, there are times when you need cash overseas and use an ATM, and even then, no fee is charged. However, please note that it must be an ATM affiliated with MASTERCARD/UPI, and the withdrawal limit is limited to $6,000 per day and $1,000 per time.
How to apply for a Travelogue check card
Before issuing a card, you must first create a Hana Bank account. If you do not have a Hana Bank account, please create one first. You can sign up for the deposit product of your choice among the deposit products with free deposits and withdrawals on the Hana Bank website.
Once you have completed opening a Hana Bank account, download the Hana Money app. You can apply directly on the Hana Card website, but you must link it with Hana Money later and apply for the card through the Hana Money app.

If you click ▶Travellog# in the lower right corner of the Hana Money app, Travellog-related information will appear.
Select the image of the Travellog Check Card, which has free currency exchange and overseas usage fees, and click Apply Online.

How to recharge Travellog check card
To recharge your Travellog check card, access the Hana Money app and click on free currency exchange (100% preferential exchange rate) on the main screen.
Select the country you are traveling to: America, Asia, Australia, Europe, etc. We are currently running a preferential exchange rate event, so you can exchange money without any burden.
Once you have selected the country you want to recharge, you can input the amount you wish to exchange, then select whether to withdraw from the linked Hana Bank account or Hana Money, and then recharge.
