▣ Introduction to qualifications
A kindergarten administrative worker is someone who has specialized knowledge and can handle tasks outside of kindergarten classes, such as processing official documents, managing basic statistics, and supporting external events. They also organize administrative personnel efficiently according to the kindergarten’s circumstances to provide administrative assistance and computer assistance. This is a professional qualification that helps kindergarten teachers achieve practical results by reducing administrative tasks, such as work.
By using kindergarten administrators, kindergarten teachers can separate administration and education and focus on their own teaching activities, so the quality of education will increase and the kindergarten educational environment will also improve.

▣ Eligibility for examination
1. Any Korean citizen can apply. There are no restrictions on education, experience, or age.
2. Foreigners can also take the test, but they must handle the interpretation themselves.

– A person for whom less than two years have passed since his/her qualification was revoked due to other illegal means.
– A person who is judged to have difficulty performing work due to a disability (speech, hearing, etc.).

▣ Notes for candidates
1. Applicants must enter the designated examination room 30 minutes before the designated examination time.
2. It is prohibited to bring anything other than admission ticket, ID card, and writing utensil (water-based marker pen for computer) into the testing center.
3. Applicants must bring an admission ticket and identification (resident registration card or driver’s license, student ID with photo and resident registration number) to take the test.
4. The test date and location must be checked by comparing what is written on the admission ticket with what is posted at the application reception desk and the Korea Ability Education Development Institute to ensure there are no mistakes.
5. If cheating is discovered during the examination, the applicant will be asked to leave the room, the examination will be invalidated, and the applicant’s eligibility to take all examinations hosted by the Korea Research Institute for Competency Education and Development will be suspended for the next two years.
6. Use of test writing instruments other than those specified in the regulations is prohibited.
7. Check-out is possible after more than 1/2 of the test time has elapsed after the test begins.
8. After the test, the question paper and answer sheet are submitted together, and the questions asked after the successful candidate is announced are kept confidential unless otherwise specified.
