Auction operates a customer center to resolve inquiries, inconveniences, and suggestions that customers may have while using the service. We also operate a dispute resolution center to resolve unresolved disputes between sellers and buyers.

In order to ensure that the received information is provided to customers as quickly and accurately as possible, we process it in close cooperation with relevant departments when necessary, and inform you of the processing progress and results through the center representative.

We will also provide guidance on remote support consultation. It is provided only to customers who have made a reservation, and can be applied through the customer center. The information required for consultation is ID for members and name for non-members. You can contact the customer center and follow the guidance of a counselor. Enter your information and click the Consult button. During the consultation, you can view the customer’s computer screen together with the counselor.
