부산 머물자리론 신청방법Busan City is implementing a rental deposit interest support project (up to 100 million won) for young people without housing. Busan City will support 2% of the loan interest rate (up to 2 million won per year) until the end of the lease contract within 2 years. Since the loan period can be extended, it is wise for young people in Busan who want to reduce their financial burden to apply unconditionally. The project will end when the budget is exhausted, so apply right away.

● Business Period: February 2024 ~ Until the budget is exhausted
● Application Period: 1st ~ 10th of every month (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM / Applications available on weekends and holidays)
● Documents to be submitted: Issued within 1 month of the application date
– Self: Resident registration copy, family relationship certificate (excluding the last digits of the resident registration number other than the self), lease agreement (page with deposit, balance payment date, etc.)
– Spouse: Personal information collection, use, and third-party provision consent form, resident registration copy, family relationship certificate

● Applicants
– Head of household of young people without a home aged 19~39 who are registered as residents of Busan
– In the case of subscription rights and occupancy rights: Housing is recognized after the balance (loan) is executed
– No home Newlyweds (within 3 months of marriage and within 7 years of marriage registration) are not eligible for support

Spouse, direct ascendants and descendants and his/her spouse, head of household and spouse’s siblings, spouse’s direct ascendants and descendants and his/her spouse

● Income criteria for support recipients
– Individual annual income of 45 million won or less
– Combined annual income of couple of 80 million won or less

● Housing for support recipients
– Deposit of 200 million won or less and previous. Monthly rent conversion rate 6.1% or less
– Not applicable to places that are not houses on the building register
– In the case of housing types other than apartments, if the landlord has owned the house for less than 3 months as of the application date, additional screening will be conducted by the contracted bank according to the internal regulations of the contracted bank, etc.

Resolving questions about the housing loan ▶

Busan City will support 2% (up to 2 million won per year) of the housing loan interest. In other words, the current loan interest is fixed at 3.5%, and Busan City will support 2%, and the applicant will only have to pay 1.5%.

● Loan handling bank: Busan Bank
● Loan period: 1 year or more, within 2 years, until the expiration date of the lease contract

– If the lease contract period is 1 year: Application is not possible

● Maximum loan amount: Up to 100 million won (up to 90% of the lease deposit can be loaned)

※ The actual loanable amount may vary depending on the regulations of the financial institution, and even if you are selected by meeting the qualification requirements of Busan City, Busan Bank and Korea Housing Finance Corporation will conduct separate loan (guarantee) screening, credit evaluation, and income screening, and you may be excluded depending on the results.

It takes about a month from the application date to apply for the loan, and those selected can prepare the required documents and visit Busan Bank to apply for the loan.

Documents to prepare when visiting Busan Bank ▶

You can apply for an extension 2 months before the Busan Stay Loan maturity date. Extension is only possible once, and the extension period is only 2 years. Please note that the Stay Loan support will end if you purchase a house or move while taking out a Stay Loan.

● Applicants: Applicants 2 months before the expected Stay Loan maturity date
● Documents to submit: Resident registration copy, resident registration extract, family relationship certificate, lease agreement
● Application period: 15th to 30th of each month (9:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
● Notes
– Considering the bank loan review period, extension applications are not possible after the application deadline
– Extensions can be applied for only once within 2 years
– Extension applications are not possible in case of address change
– The interest rate is fixed at 3.5% upon extension
