Repair at the service center
You can visit any Dyson service center nationwide to receive repair service from an engineer.
Advantage: Fast AS service is available.
Disadvantage: You have to bring the product yourself, so it is inconvenient.
If it is the size of a vacuum cleaner or air wrap, it is easy to move, but if it is a large product like an air purifier, it is inconvenient to move it yourself.
Engineer Visit Service
This is a service where Dyson engineers visit the customer directly to repair the device.
To apply, contact the Dyson Customer Center and make an appointment with an engineer.
Repair Service via Courier
You can conveniently receive repairs anywhere in the country by courier. The Dyson Customer Center will send you a box for product collection, and if you put the product in the box and send it back, it will be repaired and sent back to you via courier.
For safe product management, we will guide you through the delivery and arrival process of the product you applied for AS via KakaoTalk.
You can apply for the service via the Dyson Customer Center (1588-4253) or KakaoTalk (dysonkr).
Pickup Repair Service
For those who find packing inconvenient, the Dyson AS Service Center also provides a pick-up service. An engineer will visit you directly to pack the product, collect it, and deliver it back to you after the repair is complete. However, the pickup service is only provided in the Seoul/Gyeonggi area. When repairing a cordless vacuum cleaner, a premium cleaning service is provided free of charge.
The service reception is the same as the courier repair service.
