Since this is a document that must be applied for in person and there is an identity verification process during the inquiry process, a joint certificate or simple authentication method is required.

How to check employment insurance subscription history
The most basic method is through the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service’s Employment Industrial Accident Insurance Total Service website and can be done through a PC.
1. Access the Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance Total Service website
You must access the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service’s Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance Total Service website. Please note that you cannot check your employment insurance subscription history on the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service or the Employment Insurance website.
2. Select personal menu and log in
When you select the personal menu in the upper right corner, a screen to log in will appear. Select the worker type and enter your resident registration number to log in through identity verification.
3. Select menu for Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance Qualification History Statement
Select the Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance Eligibility History Statement menu from the personal menu displayed after logging in.
4. Inquiry
If you select the insurance category (industrial accident, employment) and inquiry category (commercial, daily use) and click the search button at the bottom, you can check the employment insurance subscription history for each business you have subscribed to in the detailed qualification management history.
5. Issuance of resume
You can print or e-mail the history for individual businesses, the entire history, or selected businesses.
6. Check the issued statement
You can check the issue number, issue date, application number, name, date of birth, and business name and location. You can also check the details of the date of acquisition and loss of employment insurance qualification.
Employment insurance subscription history search mobile
If you want to check your employment insurance subscription history through mobile, you can do so through the Government 24 app because the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service’s Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance total service does not support mobile use.
You can proceed through the civil service menu that appears after searching for the Employment Insurance Qualification History Statement. The only difference is that you must manually select the printed work date.
Also, please note that there is no email sending function, but there is a printing and electronic document wallet sending function. If you select printing, you can save it as a PDF file and use it.
