The iNavi Service Center provides customer support services for iNavi products. iNavi Customer Service Center (Phone number: 1577-4242) is open from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and is closed on weekends and public holidays. The warranty period for iNavi products varies by product: 12 months for black boxes, 12 months for navigation, 12 months (purchased before 2020) or 24 months (purchased after 2020) for smartphones, 12 months for tablets, and 12 months for electric kickboards. 6 months, etc. Warranty period and parts information for each product can be found on the iNavi official website.
