장병내일준비적금 계산Unlike 2022 or 2023, the payment method of military savings (matching support fund, soldier tomorrow preparation savings) has changed in 2024. In the past, the 1% interest subsidy and matching subsidy were paid separately, but in 2024, the interest subsidy and matching subsidy were integrated to provide 100% of the payment amount. In addition, it is planned to provide a matching subsidy of 550,000 won in 2025. In this article, we wanted to provide a calculator that allows you to see the actual amount of salary considering the matching support and interest that can be received upon discharge by applying the changed military savings policy in 2024. (Updated application of tax-exemption-related laws and regulations)
In the case of the matching subsidy, it did not reflect the interest subsidy applicable in 2022 and 2023, and was calculated by focusing on the amount of matching subsidy based on the criteria below.
* After 2025, rather than increasing the ratio of matching support to principal, there is a possibility that the allowable principal amount (KRW 400,000 in 2024) will be increased, so there is a possibility that errors may occur.
In the case of bank interest, 5%, which is the average interest rate for military tomorrow reserve savings, was applied.
* When a bank’s preferential interest rate is applied, an interest rate of 5% or more may be applied, or a lower interest rate may be applied depending on the bank, but since the ratio to the total amount is not high, the average interest rate was applied.
In 2022 and 2023, the budget for Soldiers’ Tomorrow Preparation Savings was divided into interest support and matching support. On the other hand, from 2024, the interest subsidy has been integrated and changed to be paid as a matching subsidy. Therefore, a small number of errors may occur when the interest subsidy system for 2022 and 2023 is applied. In addition, since the budget plan has not been finalized for 2025 or later, there are two ways to increase only the matching support amount and increase the payment amount, so the actual receipt amount may vary depending on the policy.
