1. Calculation method of the amount charged for the creation of alternative forest resources
o Amount of alternative forest resource development fee charged = Permission for conversion of mountainous districts/Permission for temporary use of mountainous districts × (amount per unit area + 10/1000 of the individually publicly announced land price of the relevant mountainous district)
2. Amount per unit area
o Junbo Jeonji: 6,790 won/㎡
o Preservation site: 8,820 won/㎡
o Areas for exclusive use of mountain areas and temporary use restrictions: KRW 13,580/㎡
3. Partial reflection ratio of publicly announced individual land price: 10/1000 of publicly announced individual land price
o The amount equivalent to 10/1000 of the individually publicly announced land price is limited to a maximum of 6,790 won/㎡.
