After installing the CJ Logistics Courier App, select ‘Register Unmanned Locker’ from the menu button.
Select an available unmanned locker on the map, enter the sender, recipient, and product information, and select the unmanned locker that fits the product size to complete the delivery reservation.
※ What unmanned lockers are available? (Apartments: for residents, universities: for students, safe courier service for women, etc.: for local residents)

First, if you inform the place where you purchased the ordered item (Internet shopping mall, home shopping, etc.) about your intention to return it, the purchaser can directly accept it or you can be guided to receive it through a courier. If you want to return directly to the courier, you can make a reservation through the Korea Express website, mobile courier app, or customer center at 1588-1255, or make a return reservation through the ARS automatic return service.
※ If you check and use the tracking number you received the product, you can receive it quickly.
