What is Hanmail?
Hanmail is a representative free email service in Korea. Hanmail is organically linked to Daum, a portal site, and is safe and easy to use.
It was operated under the name of “Hanmail” until May 2011, and is currently being operated under the name of “Daum Mail”.
Daum merged with other e-mail companies to provide multiple domain addresses for each subscriber. You can use an email address of your choice, such as .com or @hanmir.com.

Currently, Daum and Kakao have merged and the email accounts provided by daum.net have also been integrated into Kakao accounts.

Existing Daum Hanmail users must click the “Integrate Daum ID” button to integrate their Daum ID and Kakao account in order to use the existing Daum service. By integrating your Daum ID and Kakao Account, you can easily use your existing Daum services.

In order to create a new Daum Hanmail, you must first sign up for Kakao and then create additional Daum emails.

From October 1, 2022, the Daum login method will change. As a result, you will not be able to log in with your Daum ID, and you will only be able to log in with your Kakao account.
