1. After accessing the TVing site, select your account and log in ☞ Go to the TVing site
2. Click Profile at the top right corner and select [MY]

3. Select [Voucher/Cash Details]
4. In the payment method, select [Change] next to the current payment method, enter the changed payment method, and select [Change]
* If the existing payment method is a mobile phone, it can only be changed to a credit card, and if it is a credit card, it can only be changed to another credit card

1. After accessing the TVing site, select your account and log in ☞ Go to TVing
2. Click Profile at the top right corner and select [MY]

3. Select [Voucher/Cash Details]
4. After selecting [Change/Cancellation] from the product name, select [Request cancellation of automatic payment]

5. Select [Apply for cancellation of automatic payment] once again under Maintain Pass
6. After selecting the reason for cancellation, finally select [Apply for cancellation of automatic payment]
* If you want to cancel the cancellation request, select cancel cancellation request on the [Voucher/Cash Details] screen

When canceling TVing, you must apply for cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled payment date to complete the cancellation. If you apply within 24 hours, the next month’s pass may be charged.
Also, if you want to change your subscription, please note that you can only do it once a month. If you do not see the button to change payment method or cancel cancellation in [Voucher/Cash Details], you can use the app because you made a subscription payment in the app when you first used TVing. You must cancel your subscription and make a repayment using your PC.
