How to inquire and apply
Search for Smart Choice in the search engine. When you log in, there is a banner at the top of the main screen that says, ‘Is there any unreimbursed money I can get back?’ Just press lightly.

Go to inquiry and request refund
In the PC version, if you go to ‘Refund/Benefits’ at the top of the main screen, there is an item called ‘Search Telecommunication Refund Amount’. For reference, you can use the inquiry without registering as a member, and the inquiry hours are only available from 9:00 am to 20:00.

Proceed to the telecom non-refund inquiry page. After entering personal information and checking consent to information collection, click ‘Search’.

If there is an amount to be refunded, you can proceed with the refund request after entering your bank account and mobile phone number. However, in order to apply for a refund, you must register as a member of Smart Choice. And, as shown in the picture above, you can also check the progress through ‘Refund Application Result Inquiry’.

Refunds will be credited within 7 business days.

 

※ Corporate subscribers, subscribers under the age of 14, foreigners, and pseudonymous subscribers cannot search for information on Smart Choice. In this case, you must contact the carrier directly and confirm.
