This is a project to support a portion of housing costs for up to one year to reduce housing costs and reduce the burden of housing costs for low-income youth due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
– Young people aged 19-34 and younger who live separately from their parents and do not own a home (subscription account registration required)
※ (Original household) 100% or less of median income (3 people, 4,714,000 won or less per month) & (Young independent household) 60% or less of median income (1 person, 1,337,000 won or less per month)
※ Rental deposit of 50 million won + monthly rent of 700,000 won or less (deposit converted into monthly rent and monthly rent combined of 900,000 won or less)
* Payment up to 200,000 won within the actual monthly rent range
