Today, I would like to share an introduction to employment services for middle-aged people over the age of 40. Recently, the number of middle-aged people who want to change jobs or challenge new dreams is increasing, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor provides employment support services in line with this trend. Let’s find out everything about the middle-aged tomorrow center’s employment support system!
Everything about the middle-aged tomorrow center employment support system
‘Jungnyeon Tomorrow Center’ is a name that has changed since January 1, 2023, and the previous name was ‘Jungnyeon Job Hope Center’. The biggest feature is that it provides customized employment support services ‘free’ for middle-aged people aged 40 or older.
The purpose is to support job discovery and job placement in connection with the employment incentive system for suitable jobs for the new middle-aged generation. In connection with this service, we support the recruitment and career management of the middle-aged manpower pool, such as visits to companies, job counseling, and subsidies!
