📍Eligible for support
– A non-homeowner who has entered into a housing rental contract, paid more than 5% of the rental deposit, and is of legal age under civil law as of the date of loan application.
– A person whose combined net assets of the loan applicant and spouse are less than or equal to the average value of all households in the 3rd income quintile (rounded to the nearest 100,000 won) among the assets and liabilities by income 5th quintile in the most recent Household Financial Welfare Survey published by the National Statistical Office
– Preferential treatment
1) Job seekers: Those who live separately from their parents or those who are trying to become independent, are under the age of 35 and have no income, and whose parents’ income is less than 60 million won.
2) Hope Kiwoom Account subscribers
3) Newcomers to society: Those who have been employed for less than 5 years, are under 35 years old as of the date of application, and have a combined annual income of KRW 40 million or less.
4) Work incentive recipient: Head of household (a person recognized as the head of household) among work incentive recipients who are acknowledged to have received receipt within the past 1 year as of the loan application date
5) Child incentive recipient: A person who is the head of the household (including those recognized as the head of the household) among children’s incentive recipients who are recognized as having received the benefit within the past 1 year as of the date of loan application.
6) Housing benefit recipient: A person who is the head of the household (including those recognized as the head of the household) among housing benefit recipients as of the date of loan application.
📍Exclusions
– If the applicant (including a joint guarantor in case of joint application) has the following credit information and release information as specified in the Korea Credit Information Service’s “Credit Information Management Rules”
– If you are residing in public rental housing as of the loan application date
Loan limit per unit: Up to KRW 9.6 million (up to KRW 400,000 per month)
Loan interest rate: 1.0% per year for preferential type, 1.5% per year for general type.
Repayment method: lump sum repayment
Costs borne by the customer: stamp duty (50% borne by the customer/bank each), guarantee fee when handling a guarantee as collateral

– Application period: Always
– Period of use: 2 years (can be extended 4 times for a maximum of 10 years)
📍Loan payment method
– Payment will be made to the lessor’s bank account on the agreed upon date every month within 2 years (24th installment) after the loan is executed.
– After executing the loan, an application for monthly rent payment is submitted by the borrower every year, and the fact of monthly rent payment and residency is confirmed. If the contract is terminated or monthly rent is overdue, loan payment is stopped and the benefit of the period is lost.
– The loan amount is confirmed at the end of two years after the loan is issued, and amounts that have not been paid due to customer requests, etc. cannot be paid retroactively.
– Monthly rent not paid due to loan delinquency cannot be paid retroactively.

– Online application: available on the Fund e-Dutden website (https://enhuf.molit.go.kr)
– Offline application: Available at fund custodian banks Woori, Shinhan, Kookmin, Nonghyup, and Industrial Bank of Korea.

– Identity verification: Choose one from resident registration card, driver’s license, or passport
– Confirmation of eligibility: Resident registration copy
– Confirmation of employment and business operation: Confirmation of gain or loss of health insurance qualification
– Income verification
1) Earned income: Income amount certificate issued by the tax office or income confirmation certificate for ISA subscription, withholding tax receipt for year-end tax settlement (including withholding tax book, etc.), certificate containing salary details (payroll statement confirmed and stamped by the current company, wage ledger, Select 1 of the following: Confirmation of tax withholding tax or daily earned income payment statement)
2) Business income: Choose one from among the income amount certificate issued by the tax office (Hometax) or income confirmation certificate for ISA subscription, business income withholding receipt (for year-end settlement), or the tax base final return and payment invoice of the previous year confirmed by a tax accountant.
3) Pension income: Pension beneficiary confirmation or other payment institution certificate confirming pension receipt (if the pension amount is not indicated, pension receipt bankbook)
4) Other income: Proof of income amount issued by tax office
5) No income: No reporting facts.
– Housing-related: Copy of rental (lease) contract with fixed date, certificate of all registration details of the rental housing building
– Other confirmation: Guarantee eligibility confirmation documents, collateral provision documents
– Check for preferential treatment
1) Job seekers: Graduation certificate from the last school attended, certificate of health insurance qualification gain or loss
2) Hope Kiwoom Account subscribers: Confirmation of Hope Kiwoom Account maintenance confirmed by the local government having jurisdiction over the address (confirmed within 1 month)
3) Recipients of work incentives: A certificate of work incentives issued by the tax office with jurisdiction over the address (confirmed within 1 month)
4) Newcomer to society: Employee confirmation document and total salary confirmation document (confirmed within 1 month)
5) Child incentive recipient: A certificate of receipt of child incentive issued by the tax office with jurisdiction over the address (confirmed within 1 month)
