* Business purpose: Take care of people’s mental health by providing professional psychological counseling services to people with emotional difficulties such as depression and anxiety.
* Support details: Provision of a voucher to use professional psychological counseling services a total of 8 times (at least 50 minutes per time, 1:1 face-to-face)
* Application period: 2024. 7. 1.~12. 31. (Until budget runs out)
* How to apply: Visit the community center at the address listed on your resident registration and apply with the supporting documents below.
※ Online (welfare) application is scheduled for October 2024 and will be applied separately at a later date.
* Eligible for support and supporting documents for each recipient
① A person who is recognized as needing psychological counseling at a mental health welfare center, university counseling center, youth counseling and welfare center, Wee Center/Wee Class, psychological counseling center operated by the government or public institutions, etc.
– Submit a request form issued by the institution (within 3 months from the date of application)
② A person who is recognized by a mental medical institution as needing psychological counseling due to depression, anxiety, etc.
– ▴Diagnosis or opinion issued by a psychiatrist, oriental neuropsychiatrist, or oriental medicine doctor (within 3 months from the date of application)
③ If moderate to severe depression (score of 10 or more) is confirmed in the national mental health examination results (PHQ-9)
– Notification of general health checkup results (within 1 year from the date of application)
④ Youth preparing for independence and children under extended protection
– Youth preparing for independence whose protection has ended (confirmation of end of protection), children whose protection has been extended (certificate of financial resources or confirmation of foster care)
* Usage procedure: Users who receive a voucher decision notification select a service provider regardless of their address and apply for service provision.
