In fact, it would be convenient for cleaning companies to make a quote simply through the price per pyeong as in the past. But what is the reason for calculating the cleaning fee through the structure in addition to the square footage?
This is because the difficulty and time required for cleaning vary depending on how divided the space is.
In the case of apartments built in the past, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were a common structure.
However, in the case of a relatively recently built apartment, even if it is the same 34 pyeong, there are many places to clean because there is even a dressing room in the alpha room.
