In addition, 2T of traditional soybean paste, 2T of red pepper powder, 1T of cooking wine, and 1T of anchovy sauce are added to give it flavor.

To make it, chop the green onions and green chili peppers into small pieces, dice the tofu, and cut the chives into quarters. Then, put the woosamgyeop in a pot and stir-fry it over high heat. Add green onions and tofu and boil for 5 minutes, then add green chili peppers and chives and boil for a little longer to complete the delicious beef brisket doenjang stew.

The ingredients for Lee Chan-won’s ‘Kimchi Jeyukbokkeum’ are 300g of pork belly, 200g of kimchi, 1/2 onion, 1 bunch of green onions, and 1/2T of sesame oil. For the seasoning sauce, prepare 1T of red pepper powder, 2T of sugar, 1/2T of soy sauce, 1T of tuna liquid, 1.5T of cooking wine, 1/2T of oyster sauce, 1/2T of minced garlic, and 1T of gochujang.

To make it, season the pork belly with salt and pepper in a pan, then fry it over high heat until golden brown. When the meat is cooked, collect the meat fat in the center of the pan, add kimchi, and stir-fry. When the kimchi turns golden brown, add the seasoning sauce and stir-fry the onions and green onions. Finally, sprinkle sesame oil to add a rich flavor, and the kimchi pork stir-fry is complete.

Woosamgyeop 250g, water 500ml, green onion 1 bunch, tofu 150g, green chili pepper 1.5 bunches, chives 1 handful, traditional soybean paste 2T, red pepper powder 2T, cooking wine 1T, anchovy sauce 1T

1. Cut green onion and green chili pepper into similar sizes, dice tofu, and cut chives into quarters.

300g pork belly, salt, pepper, 200g kimchi, 1/2 onion, 1 bunch green onion, 1/2T sesame oil
Seasoning sauce: 1T red pepper powder, 2T sugar, 1/2T soy sauce, 1T tuna liquid, 1.5T cooking wine, 1/2T oyster sauce, 1/2T minced garlic, 1T gochujang

1. Slice the onion and cut the green onion into similar sizes. Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning sauce.
2. Coat a pan with cooking oil and grill the pork belly.
3. When the pork belly is cooked, add oil to the center of the pan and stir-fry the kimchi.
4. When the kimchi turns golden brown, add the seasoning sauce, onion, and green onion and stir-fry.
5. Finally, sprinkle sesame oil to finish.
