Employer/Business owner who established a plan to reduce working hours and reduced actual working hours* by more than 2 hours
Workers, workers belonging to businesses or workplaces implementing a plan to reduce actual working hours, and insured persons employed on the last day of the month immediately preceding the implementation of the reduction.
*Actual working time is the sum of regular working hours and overtime working hours
Business owners, institutions specified in items a to c of Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the ‘Act on the Prevention of Corruption and the Establishment and Operation of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission’, public institutions and local public enterprises, general, martial arts, entertainment, bars, other bars, and other entertainment facilities. Management/operation business, dance studio operation business, etc.• Employers whose list of unpaid wages, etc. has been made public pursuant to Article 43-2 of the Labor Standards Act• Employers whose list has been made public due to the occurrence of serious industrial accidents, etc. pursuant to Article 10 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act• Unemployed workers Businesses where the proportion of workers working less than 30 hours a week exceeds 50% of the total workers in the business 3 months before the reduction in hours. Workers, workers who are not enrolled in employment insurance, newly hired workers after the submission of a business plan or after the effective date of the shortening, employees who were employed before the shortening due to resignation or loss due to double acquisition, target period, people who lost their insured status as of the last day of each month, monthly average Spouses, direct lineages, and descendants of workers/employers whose compensation is less than 1.15 million won
•Support amount: KRW 300,000 per month per worker eligible for support •Number of people supported: 30% of workers eligible for support (minimum 3 to maximum 100) •Support period: Support for up to 1 year from the date of implementation of the plan to reduce actual working hours (3-month increments) )

Select the ‘Work-life balance job incentive (reduction in actual working hours)’ menu. 3. After agreeing to the terms and conditions and verifying your identity, enter application information. 4. The application for financial cost support for small business owners and self-employed people has been completed.

Q1. Are public institutions also eligible for support?A1. Public institutions and local public enterprises are excluded from support.
Q2. What is the most recent employment period of workers with reduced working hours?A2. Workers with reduced working hours must have been employed at the same workplace for at least six months before the start date of reduced working hours.
Q3. Can the same worker receive multiple subsidies?A3. Subsidies for the same worker cannot be received multiple times during the same period.
