Please run the Woori Card application to report loss and reissue of Woori Bank debit card credit card. This service requires membership registration and login. After launching the Woori Card app, go to the My menu, and then find and move to the “Report Lost/Reissuance” menu in the My Card Management section.
In the Woori Card Loss/Reissuance menu, you can use the loss report, temporary suspension, and reissuance of your debit or credit card. If you lose your card, please report the loss and apply for a reissuance of the check card/transportation card after being temporarily suspended. Please note that if you find a lost card, you can cancel the report or suspension by selecting Lost Report/Release or Temporary Suspension/Release.
