* Balance inquiry is available only during the energy voucher usage period.
* Energy voucher usage period: Summer voucher – July 1, 2022 – September 30 / Winter voucher – October 11, 2022 – April 30, 2024
Unused energy vouchers can be fully refunded in cash. You can apply for a refund by visiting each eup, myeon, or dong office or on the Welfare Road website.
