It’s inconvenient to have to use password/biometric authentication when logging in.. It’s also inconvenient to have to authenticate your ID again when canceling. I hope the developers and designers consider the user’s perspective and make it easier to use by making it mobile-friendly. I’d rather switch to K-Bank and Toss Bank, which are more convenient to use, than Shinhan Savings Bank, which has an interest rate of 3.3%, even if it’s 0.3% less. The app is really crap.. Why do they block transfers while taking 3 hours for the inspection time? Other banks are 30 minutes, but at most 1 hour. I can’t help but sigh. I’ll have to switch as soon as I get the interest this month.
What’s the advantage of mobile OTP? Isn’t it so that it can be issued via mobile? So I tried to issue it, but the ID recognition didn’t work, so I ended up visiting the branch. Please make some improvements. I tried turning off the lights, getting under the blanket, and tilting it, but if it doesn’t recognize me all day, lol, are you telling me to use the service or not? What are you going to do if the mobile banking app can’t do the mobile function?
In the old app, you could receive the monthly payment account and amount separately as a text message for each loan, so it was convenient to deposit directly, but now I can’t find it at all. Please return this function so that I can deposit directly instead of using automatic transfer.
