On the 15th, a Shinhan Bank official told Alpha Economy, “We plan to introduce the ‘Shinhan Individual Business Loan Service’ through the mobile banking application ‘SOL Bank’.” He explained, “Currently, the individual business credit-related loan comparison platform is not smooth, but our company is planning to open the service proactively. It is the first in the business loan sector.” Shinhan Individual Business Loan Comparison Service allows customers to compare the information on the loan products they want with one click without having to separately check the limits and interest rates of credit and guarantee loans at various financial institutions. Customers can check the loan conditions immediately after applying and proceed with the screening for the most advantageous loan product. All customers who receive a loan through this service will receive 2% (up to 100,000 won) of the loan amount as ‘My Shinhan Points.’ In order for those with low to mid-credit scores to be able to choose the best loan product, we have formed partnerships with 1st and 2nd financial institutions to provide information on 8 products from 5 companies. Shinhan Bank and K Bank have joined the 1st financial sector. Shinhan Savings Bank, Daol Savings Bank, and BC Card have joined the 2nd financial sector, and Shinhan Bank plans to expand its service to 10 products from 7 companies in the future. A Shinhan Bank official said, “We hope to expand to corporate loans, but there are no developments or plans for that at present.”
