The way to convert Shinsegae gift certificates into cash is simple.
For reference, in the case of mobile Shinsegae gift certificates, you must go to Shinsegae Department Store or E-Mart to exchange them for physical gift certificates.
There is also an unmanned switchboard, and there is a way to receive information at the information desk. It is good to check at each branch to see if Emart Traders has an exchange or not.
One . I exchanged it on the SSG app. The PC version won’t be much different either. After logging in to the SSG app, press the My button to go to My Page.
2 . Click the SSG Money section or click Recharge.
3. Click Convert Voucher.
4. Press the SSG money conversion request button.
5. There is a hologram on the right side of the front of the gift certificate, and if you scratch it with your fingernail or coin, the number will come out.
6. After entering the 13-digit gift certificate number and 6-digit pin number, press Convert to finish.
One . Just like when exchanging a gift certificate for SSG money, press the MY button to go to My Page,
Click SSG Money, and then click Account Withdrawal.
2 . If you scroll down, you can enter the withdrawal account. Please note that there is a withdrawal fee for your reference. When you apply for a withdrawal and verify your identity with your mobile phone, the withdrawal request is completed.
Withdrawal may take up to 1 hour. In the case of holidays or weekends, the withdrawal request may be canceled with the phrase that it is not business hours, so try to use weekdays in the morning or afternoon.
