City/county/district public health center and town/village/dong community center with jurisdiction over the infant’s resident registration address
On a rolling basis (application until the day before the second anniversary of the infant’s birth)
Receive a National Happiness Card
Freely purchase diapers or formula that can be purchased with a voucher at a retail store that accepts government subsidies.
