✔ Amount of support for the National Tomorrow’s Learning Card
For 5 years, you will receive 3 million won to 5 million won in training expenses. Basically, the full 300 million won will be paid, and then an additional 1 million won to 2 million won will be provided in consideration of various income levels.

 

Eligible for the additional KRW 1 million

Term, dispatch, and short-time workers
Employees of prioritized companies
Workers in employment crisis areas & special employment support industries
Those who earn more than 50% and less than 60% of the median income as of the current year
Those eligible for an additional KRW 2 million

Those with 50% or less of the median income as of the current year

How to apply for the National Tomorrow’s Learning Card online/offline
There are two ways to issue and apply for the National Tomorrow’s Learning Card: online and offline.

1️⃣ Online application method
Preparation: Certified certificate. HRD-Net Homepage
Access the HRD-Net homepage (shortcut).
Click the Apply for Issuance field.
Register / log in.
Read the application instructions and agree.
Fill out the application form.
Click ‘Check eligibility and select’.

2️⃣ How to apply offline
Visit the nearest employment center (Employment Welfare Plus Center).
Apply for the National Learning Tomorrow Card.
Receive the card.
* If you are taking more than 140 hours of training courses, you can go to the employment center and receive the card after consultation.

 

National Tomorrow’s Learning Card Training Subsidy?
You may have heard of the training subsidy, but if you are taking a training course of 140 hours or more (with an attendance rate of 80% or more), you will receive the Tomorrow’s Learning Card training subsidy depending on your unemployment status and income level.
