In order to inquire about non-payment of highway toll fees, payment, and details of payment, access the highway toll fee website (www.hipass.co.kr/) and you can easily process it.
Access the Expressway Tolls website and click the first unpaid tolls on the bottom left – Search and pay unpaid tolls.
Log in by selecting Naver or Payco, which is a member, i-PIN, co-certificate, or SNS authentication. No matter which login you choose, a certificate is required, so please refer to it in advance.
After logging in, enter the vehicle number to be searched and click the blue inquiry button to display the current status of unpaid toll charges for each case and unpaid toll charges for the day. You can also print by clicking the brown print button on the top right.
If there is an unpaid amount, the unpaid date, entrance office, exit office, reason for non-payment, information on non-payment, unpaid amount, payment method, etc. are displayed. Payment methods are different for each road, such as deferred payment card, bank transfer, credit card, virtual account, etc.
After clicking the check button on the left, click the center blue payment button below, select one of the 4 payment methods, and pay. Check the unpaid toll payment details to see if it has been properly paid.
If you forget to pay your tolls, or if you feel uncomfortable logging in and paying each time, there is also a way to automatically pay your unpaid tolls. After clicking My High Pass, the 6th menu below on the main homepage, click the brown Apply button in the automatic payment of unpaid bills in the 4th menu in the center.
Enter the card company, card number, customer name, and e-mail, and the application period is set to 1 year by default, but can be changed if desired. Vehicle number is selected from among registered vehicles. Click the blue application completion button in the center below to complete.
Inquiries on unpaid tolls often occur unintentionally even if the person is not aware of it, and additional tolls will be paid up to 10 times when the reminder payment period passes without paying the tolls, so you must check it in advance.
