For all three methods, you must enter the customer number listed on the bill to search.

Click the customer number search button at the bottom
For general houses, use the customer information inquiry button, and for apartments and officetels, use the ‘high pressure apartment/officetel customer number inquiry’ tab.
Enter region, name, and resident registration number and agree to the terms and conditions.

How to check your electricity bill customer number
Real-time electricity bill inquiry
One month’s electricity bill is for one month from the meter reading date of the previous month to the day before the current month’s meter reading date. It is said that the electricity bill for an apartment is searched up to the date of inquiry.
① Basic fee (trunched below won unit)
② Usage fee (trunched below unit price)
③ Electricity bill = ① + ② – Welfare discount
④ Value-added tax (4 companies and 5 units less than won unit) = ③ × 10%
⑤ Electric Power Industry Base Fund (trimmed below 10 won) = ③ × 3.7%
⑥ Total billed fee (rounded down to less than 10 won) = ③ + ④ + ⑤
Calculation when applying automatic transfer discount (last digit processing is the same as above)
If you install the KEPCO Power Planner application, you can check real-time rates by logging in with your customer number. KEPCO’s customer number is also written on the paper bill and can be searched online.
