– If you agree to provide health insurance personal maternity medical expenses application information and resident registration address information to the Korea Social Security Information Service,
Skip the online application in step ② and submit documents to the Korea Social Security Information Service.
※ To apply for health insurance pregnancy and childbirth medical expenses, please refer to the introduction for each project (‘Pregnancy and Childbirth Medical Expenses Support System’).
② Apply online (click ‘Apply Online’ at the bottom of the screen)
– If you are not eligible for health insurance pregnancy and childbirth medical expenses support or if you fail to apply simultaneously in ①,
Apply online individually and send the submitted documents to the Korea Social Security Information Service within 15 days.
※ If submission of documents is delayed or incomplete, the application may be cancelled.
③ Application for visit (health center, single mother and child facility, etc.)
