Those who want to receive mail safely and accurately than courier will use the post office’s fast registered service (next day express).
If it is sent on Friday, the mail cannot be delivered on the following Saturday (including holidays), so documents that need to be received on Saturday must be sent by courier service to be received on Saturday.
Usually, it is said that you have to receive it by 4:30 pm so that the other person can receive the mail sent by express registered mail (next day express) the next day. If you apply after 4:30 pm, you will receive it after 2 days, so you should make sure to receive urgent mail before 4:30 pm.
However, depending on the post office, the deadline for quick registration may be different, so if you use it before or after the deadline, it is recommended to check with the post office where you will be using it.
The next-day express (fast registration) basic price is 3,500 won up to 50g, which is 1,000 won higher than the basic registration price of 2,500 won. In addition, the size of the quick registration is 3.620 won with an additional charge.
The price varies according to the weight in 50g increments, so you can calculate the approximate price by looking at the price table.

If you need to receive registration or want to check delivery after sending, you can check after entering the registration number or phone number/receipt number (only available for post office members) in the domestic mail (registered, parcel) delivery inquiry on the post office homepage.
People who do not send registered mail or mail often get confused about where to write the sender and recipient addresses. For registered mail, mail, and courier, write the sender’s address in the upper left corner and the recipient’s address in the lower right corner as shown in the figure below, and be sure to include the zip code as well.
