Apply for a lost reissuance using the smart app
After installation, card authentication is required, and if you have already registered as a member on the website, you can authenticate with your ID. Log in after authentication. When you log in for the first time, you need an official certificate, and after logging in, you can log in easily when using the lock password or fingerprint registration.
After logging in, go to the menu at the top and click Woori Center on the left to view detailed menus such as card minute report, loss cancellation, third-party card loss report, report inquiry, application for reissuance of loss, application for reissuance of card damage, and cancellation/cancellation of card . If you only want to report the loss here, if you want to apply for the first card loss report all at once until reissuance, click the reissuance application menu in the red box.
If you go to the application menu, you can check the card you have. In case of multiple cards, click the down arrow to select the card to report. The debit card is the same. After confirming the card information, click OK.
Next, go through the steps to verify your identity. Check the applicant information, etc., select the authentication method, and click OK. You will complete the application process by verifying your identity once more.
