Agricultural Food Talent Scholarship
Farmer’s Child Scholarship
Target
Students who are in their 3rd year or higher regardless of their major and are under the age of 40
Students who exceed the regular semester can apply
(up to 4 times)
Agricultural University Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs 1st and 2nd year students
Students as children of farmers
(no major)
Students who exceed the regular semester can apply
(up to 8 times)
Support contents
Full tuition per semester +
2.5 million won for academic support
Full tuition support within the range of KRW 2.5 million per semester
KRW 500,000 – 3.500,000 per semester
(Differential payments depending on the student loan support period)
In the case of basic to second level,
Additional support of 1 million won for academic subsidy
Application Criteria*
′22-2 Grade: 70th percentile or higher
′22-2 Credits: 12 or more credits
′22-2 Grade: 80th percentile or higher
′22-2 Credits: 12 or more credits

Compulsory work: number of benefits after graduation (semester) × 6 months of employment and maintenance of business in agriculture, agriculture, livestock, and food industries
After the 2nd semester of 2019, those who are eligible for the 3rd year or more of the application will decide whether or not to apply for the 3rd year or more after reviewing the farming performance for 2 years.
* For students who are expected to return to school, the last grade calculated before taking a leave of absence and credits earned will be applied.
※ Even for previously selected continuing scholarship students, they must apply for the scholarship every semester during the application period.
※ When a student applies online individually, the student and the person in charge check the grades and grades after the scholarship application period ends, rather than uploading the data directly.
