1. How to reserve KTX train tickets – Korail website
The first way to reserve KTX train tickets is on the Korail website.
If you sign up for Korail and make a reservation, you will receive a 5% discount, so please check and make a reservation.

When you access the Korail website and search for the number of people you want to purchase tickets for, age, seat type, departure station, and arrival station in the ticket reservation, the following screen will appear.

Check the time zone and desired room type, and if it says [Reservation], you can make a reservation, and if it says Sold out, it is sold out and you cannot purchase it, but if it is sold out on the date and time you really need, it is a good idea to keep refreshing.
Sometimes, the cancelled ticket suddenly appears. I even refreshed the page dozens of times to reserve tickets.
2. How to reserve KTX train tickets – Naver Map
Before I signed up for Korail, I reserved tickets on the Naver Map app
If you click on the three lines on the top left below,

You can reserve tickets through train search and reservation.
You will be taken to the screen below.
Enter departure and arrival stations, date, and number of people, and then search to find the train tickets for that date.
3. Cancellation fee
You can get a refund for your ticket on the website before the departure time.
After the departure time, you must apply for a refund at the station.
You cannot get a refund after the arrival time indicated on the ticket.
