Targets of support
Anyone can apply for support. Both job seekers and incumbents are the same and can receive the training they want with one card. As the application requirements have been expanded, it is now possible for college students to apply for the certificate within two years of the remaining class period until graduation. In other words, prospective graduates and 3rd year university students are also eligible.
However, I said that anyone can apply, but there are also exceptions to support as an exception.
▶Excluded from support
-Current civil servants, private school faculty members
-Those who are 75 years of age or older
-University students with more than 2 years of classes remaining until graduation
-Self-employed with annual sales of 150 million won or more
-Special workers with a monthly wage of 3 million won or more
-A large-scale company employee under the age of 45 with a monthly wage of 3 million won or more

Support contents
For the support of the Naeil Learning Card, training expenses ranging from 3 million won to 5 million won per person are supported. If the requirements are met, you can also receive training incentives during the training period.
However, please keep in mind that training expenses may be imposed differently depending on the average employment rate of the occupation you are taking, the income level of the students, etc.
It is also different depending on the type of participant and the training course of less than 140 hours or more, so please refer to the picture below.

During the training period, if the unit period attendance rate is over 80% and one of the requirements is met, you can receive a training subsidy of up to KRW 116,000 per month. Also, during the last unit period, you must write a course review within 30 days after the end of the course. (*Unit period: every 30 days from the start of education)

How to apply

2. You can proceed with the issuance procedure by clicking on ‘Apply for National Tomorrow Learning Card Issuance’.

2-1 Through ‘Find Training Courses (Course Registration)’, you can find training suitable for you by conditional search by first entering search keywords, region, NCS job type, training period, etc.

3. When a pop-up window asking for real name authentication appears, confirm and enter your password -> Enter your resident registration number -> Click OK to complete real name authentication.

After that, if you click Apply for Issuance, the screen to register another co-certificate will move to the annoyance. Inevitably, it even registers a joint certificate.

4. If you click the place marked below, a new pop-up window will open and you need to check a total of 4 times to complete the confirmation.

7. Check the applicant’s eligibility and attach supporting documents. (*When attaching a file, please read the precautions such as extension carefully before proceeding.)

8. After entering the shipping address information, select the jurisdictional office in charge of your home address, and you are done.
If you complete the application in this way, you will usually receive a text message the next day and the employment center will contact you saying that you have been eligible for the ‘National Tomorrow Learning Card’ support. After that, if the card company contacts you, you can apply for issuance.
